Gluten free beer is not just a trend, it’s a necessity! Craft beers have never been more popular, so why not a gluten free brewery for craft brewers? #glutenfreebeer
Every craft / microbrewery would have to build an additional brewery of their own just for a gluten free line and that’s very unlikely to happen. These companies have a passion for beer and we want to enable them to have their own gluten free line, without the expense, cross-contamination issues and more. Additionally, The Gluten Free Brewery’s shared facility offer several new distribution and marketing channels.
Additionally, one of the main ingredient for gluten free beers, sorghum, is not readily available. This is where our parent company comes in, American Sorghum, working wiith local farmers to produce grain sorghum as well as source hop farms, all organic and non-gmo.
So now craft brewers will have access to the ingredients and equipment they need, at lower costs and with centralized distribution. We are hoping to break ground very soon!
